Replace failed hardware as needed (power supply, hard drive, mainboard,
etc.), requires payment toward cost of failed part, no additional

Some data transfer operations can require hours complete---in particular
with digital video. If working with digital video, it is
recommended to keep video files stored onto a dedicated high speed hard
disk drive volume of which has a rated RPM of at least 10,000 RPMs.
If more than 50 Gb of digital video to be transferred from one disk
to another, an additional $170 fee will apply. |

Advanced Data Recovery (first 20 GB, Personal,

Hard drive is cloned using DiskPatch. Data recovered using
iRecover.
Computer is down and will not startup. Hard drive more than 1 year
old yet physically functions. No current backup of data available
for recovery.
A 90-100% recovery is common.
If high degree of corruption, some files will not be
recovered.
Full service charge applied if 50% or more of entire hard disk content
is recovered.
One half service charge is applied if only 25% of entire hard disk
content is recovered.
If less than 25%, no service charge.
Additional at $5.00/GB (Pick-Up and Delivery Only)--Amount based on
total disk spaced used and not necessarily the volume of data provided

A forensic recovery of 20 GB via cloning to a new hard drive, data
scavenging and securing to multiple drives requires a minimum of 24
hours to complete.
More common with multimedia is a minimum of 72 hours at near 50
GB.
If larger than 30 GB, option provided for external hard drive will be loaned for 2-weeks
or can be purchased.
If recovering PC older than 2 years, hard drive replacement is recommended. |
