PC Restoration and Rebuild (Business) On-Site Pick-Up
and Delivery with 48-Hr Turn Around, Blow Out Dust from Inside Computer,
Format Drive, Install, Update and Configure Microsoft Windows.
Replace failed hardware as needed (power supply, hard drive, mainboard,
etc.), requires payment toward cost of failed part, no additional
service charge for part replacement.
Up to 1-hour on on-site consultation with respect to restored PC,
settling in with new settings, getting connected to Internet.
Logon onto domain controller if needed.
Install 1 security application--Example: AVG AntiVirus 8.0 Free
Edition.
Recovery File Provided: Single image file or
set of image files on DVD or hard disk representing restored operating
system, software and settings using Acronis True Image 10 Home.

subcontracting cabling company, purchasing of communication
equipment/software, consulting with vendors, setup, testing, implementation
and follow-up procedures. Category 5 cabling only. Wireless and other
non-standard networking enhancements will increase cost of services. |

procedures. Unless otherwise contracted, all equipment is to be
physically moved from old office space to new office space by customer or

*The above services and costs are
subject to change. While some environments may present a higher cost,
other environments can be lower. For example, a new networking
environment is needed, yet---cabling is already in place. This will
considerably lower the cost. Contracted service fees are negotiable
with respect to overall cost.
Priority response time of 1-Hr on-site is in many instances
possible, yet not always guaranteed. Depends on availability and
traffic conditions.
Consider how each additional computer and request for enhanced
security features will increase costs.
PC Restoration required for any PC having history of spyware,
computer virus and/or repeated crash. Applications sold
separately.
Wireless home network includes sharing Internet, hard drives and
printers between computers.
5-day return/refund policy for merchandise with 25% return
fee
. No refund for services.
